Getting to Rockford

Rockford is just over an hour from O'Hare airport. We recommend renting a car and carpooling into town.

There is also a Van Galder bus that departs hourly from O'Hare and goes directly to the bus depot on the East side of Rockford. That said, rideshare availability in town can be limited, so having a car is your best bet.

Hotel Block

We have a room block at the Embassy Suites by the Riverfront in downtown Rockford, with King and Double Queen rooms reserved for Friday and Saturday nights. The hotel is close to our venue and right in the middle of everything happening downtown.

Book your room online or call 815-668-7878 and mention the Champion-Garner Wedding Block. We recommend booking ASAP as there is limited availaibility!

If the block fills up but you still want in, please let us know and we can see about adding more rooms.

If the price point doesn't fit your budget, there are many hotel options on the East side of town near I-90. If you decide to go the Airbnb route, send us the listing you're looking at and we can give you some insight!
